FEES as of 1/1/22
- Monthly Basic Bookkeeping all entities for a single Bank Account starts at $300 (inventory not included) up to three accounts (Quickbooks billed through me gets half off their fee). Most systems accommodated.
- Additional Accounts (banking or credit cards) $50 each ( CC accounts details are often needed for expense reporting and taxes)
- Periodic Reports are included but special studies are $50 each or by the hour whichever is less. Monthly Bookkeeping provides an array of the most common reports at N/C)
- Phone access is free to clients with a 15 minute per call limitation though we don't watch the clock
- Full Payroll $25 per month plus $2.50 per check . There is a $25 initial set up for 1-10 employees.
- 941s prep and filing $45 per
- Unemployment Reports and Filing $45 up to 5 employees, $5 per add'l employee
- IRS and other agency work is at $75/hour (half the National Average) invoiced in hourly increments
- Face to Face IRS Audit representation is available to clients only at $150/hour (day rate $1250 plus necessary travel expenses) plus Tax Attorney as needed
- Bank and Loan Packaging starts at $250 for clients only (SBA packages quoted)
- Other services are available upon request and can be quoted prior to work being done
- Complete Tax preparation services for Individuals and all entities including all States and all forms for All entities. Bookkeeping clients receive a 15% discount on personal tax prep. Contact me for quotes.

- Business Structure and set up. Starts at $250 call or email for quotes
- Phone Consultation (free to clients in 15 minute segments) non-clients $150/hour
