As we approach the end of the 3rd qtr 2021, it is not too late to plan on a big 4th qtr. This is the Red Zone for Businesses.
Many businesses make their entire year's profits in their 4th qtr. These are mostly seasonally driven businesses but it can be the case for others as well.
A little time spent planning on how to rally in the 4th qtr can make a big difference in the year's results. Successful actions also bring a bonus when they carry over into the new year's 1st qtr.
