In a wonderfully satisfying move, the DOJ has used a Grand Jury to support indicting ex FBI chief James Comey. All I can say is thank you God!
The evidence that was in the public arena seemed overwhelmingly damning that he did indeed lie to Congress and obstructed justice. With a Grand Jury seeing the real evidence and charges brought by DOJ, the indictment was issue and Comey will be arrested or arrangements made for his surrender. The trial will be great fun to watch as he squirms in his well Defendant's worn wooden chair while the DOJ methodically and thoroughly dissects his crimes. Oh how sweet it is!
In my humble opinion as a Citizen, this is one of those rare times when Justice actually seems to be doing its job for the People and seeking to punish the crimes actually committed against them by a “trusted” official. The FBI has a long history of chicanery so in a way this can be considered systemic. Kash and Dan are doing yeoman's work to clean things up but I believe there must still be many deep state agents still spoiling the soup. We shall see what progress this new chilling indictment might bring. Perhaps a rash of early retirements or if a Gov shutdown some mass firings. Rebuilding with good honest and truly patriotic agents will take time but is crucial for this checkered agency to continue and provide its intended best in class law enforcement.
Before you think that I am gloating about Comet's indictment, let me assure…I AM. Why? Because ACCOUNTABILITY has arrived in DC and that is a genuine miracle.
