The IRS made the announcement that it will now be using AI to help collect taxes. This article says that and more. Can IRS AGent Robots be far behind?

I wonder if these tax payer targets use AI to avoid taxes?

It is always the case that such an initiative claims to be going after “millionaires” but eventually we discover that the intention is to go after everyone.

I can imagine the day when I call the IRS to discuss a client tax matter and can;'t tell if the person I am talking with is an AI generated bot or not. Interesting times.
