Having always been a big Christmas proponent, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
I also wish you a very Happy New Year. But I'd be remiss and untrue to myself if I didn't offer this...YOUR HAPPY NEW YEAR DEPENDS MOSTLY ON YOU.
Of course, life is active all around us and it can and does have its influence. But my years tell me that by and large we all find ourselves in self created circumstances. For some that might include a Lottery win, for others a nicely moving business and yet for others a recovery from an illness or even a new marriage and a new son or daughter. So much in fact does depend on what we create that I can give this simple directive for your success in the New Year:
Take a hand in everything you want to go well and make sure it does by being alert and proactive. Sure, take a day off once in a while, go on a fun vacation or just see a movie at a theater, that is if they ever reopen. But do your part in making it a Happy New Year and you're much more likely o have one. It may sound dry, but being productive brings a lot of happiness in the doing. Hitting some nice benchmark is quite satisfying.
So, have the best days during these Holidays and keep your friends, family and self healthy too. Get out in nature when you can. It’s a gift from God so take it up as an adjunct to whatever religion you prefer. The big covid turn around is on its way and that IS reason to celebrate. So, Celebrate and welcome the New Year with your participation to its success and happiness.
